The cute, 240 square foot, 1 bedroom studio 'Alexander' located in the Quinta Luna condo complex of Puerto Aventuras, is available as an additional bedroom for a group renting either the 2 bedroom Casa Alexander or the 3 bedroom Laguna del Mar that are located in the same complex.  Ideal for those needing a little extra room or for someone in the group wanting a little more privacy.

The 1 bedroom studio condo Alexander is one of a select few vacation rental units available to the rental market in the captivatingly gorgeous, Quinta Luna condo complex in Puerto Aventuras.  The Quinta Luna complex consists of a single very stylish building done in a modern Mexican design.  Great attention to detail has been taken throughout the building and the units. 

The Quinta Luna condo complex boasts a marvellous slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, gin clear Caribbean water.  There is an air conditioned on site workout room for guest use, a fabulous infinity pool, and tasteful sitting and lounging areas on the sand and around the pool.

Quinta Luna offers a sophisticated and intimate environment where you will feel relaxed and welcome by the friendly owners whom you can't help but meet during your stay.  There are no time share sales people here and only a few of the units are available as rentals so everyone knows each other, yet privacy is respected.

From Quinta Luna it is a short 15 - 20 minute walk to the village center.  Golf carts are available for daily and weekly rental from the village center for those really wanting to spoil themselves.

The architect and developer of the Quinta group of condominium projects has brought great detail and classic Spanish design to Puerto Aventuras.  These buildings stand out even from a distance with their interesting lines.  As they draw you in for closer inspection you cannot help but be impressed with the attention to detail.  Arches & curves, hand carved doors, decorative iron work,  chandeliers, stone carvings, marble mosaics, domed ceilings, and wonderful columns are all part of the extras which make these buildings something special.

The 1 bedroom studio condo Alexander is a bright, airy, studio unit above the garage in a separate building removed from the main complex building.  Although the view is of a parking lot and the street, there are lots of plants visible and the entire complex construction and maintenance has great attention to detail, making it quite pleasant and private despite it's less than ideal physical location.

Really though, any visit to the Riviera Maya of Mexico should be less about being inside and more about being outdoors enjoying the weather, sun, sand and water.  All of that is waiting for you only footsteps away as you enjoy all of the privileges that the Quinta Luna complex provides.

This studio is equipped with a small kitchenette/coffee bar but is not set up for cooking.  However it is handy for keeping some refreshments cool, preparing your morning coffee and having a few snacks close at hand.

  Studio Alexander has a Double and Single bed providing the option for a young one to share the room with their parents, or this may just be the ideal set up for a couple of older children. 

The Quinta Luna condo complex has a spectacular infinity edge pool, sandy beach areas, thatch umbrellas with chaise lounges and a protected bay that is ideal for swimming.  Other facilities include an air conditioned work out room and laundry facility.

* Housekeeping service included as follows:
        *  Less than 1 week = cleaning after check out. 
        * Weekly rentals = 1 cleaning during week + cleaning after check out. 
        * Rentals of more than 1 week are at check out unless otherwise agreed.  
        * Additional cleanings available with sufficient notice at approximately $25 per cleaning.
