The owners of the 1575 square foot vacation rental condo, Casa Alexander, located in Puerto Aventuras on the Riviera Maya of Mexico, have generously opened their gorgeous vacation home to share this marvellous view with you!

The Mayan Riviera vacation rental condo Casa Alexander, is an oversize, corner unit, 2 floors up from ground in the Quinta Maya condo complex of Puerto Aventuras.  The condo is 2 bedrooms, bright, airy, cheerfully decorated, offers spell bounding views and is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, boutiques, services, and activities. 

For someone requiring an additional bedroom.  The owners have a cute, bright, semi self contained studio located above the garage which can be rented in conjunction with Casa Alexander. 

Casa Alexander is located in the Quinta Luna condo complex in Puerto Aventuras.  This very stylish complex is done in a modern Mexican design with great attention to detail. 

One step inside this beautiful Quinta Luna condo, and you will be taken but the spaciousness, tasteful decor and that view.  Vibrant colors, custom hand built furnishings, rich native woods, stone, talavera and Mexican marble have all been thoughtfully used to create an elegantly modern yet casual Mexican environment that is warm and inviting.

The common living area is a large, pie shaped, open space that extends outdoor to an ample covered terrace.  Large stone columns supporting expansive arches and fine wrought iron railings, create an elegant frame to your private vista.  A table for 4 invite you to dine al-fresco, and chaise lounges are ready to swallow you up while you decadently idle away the afternoon deep inside a good book or enjoying an afternoon cat nap.

The living room has a large L shaped sofa and 2 chairs.  A mahogany cabinet houses a TV with satellite carrying American programming including the networks, movie & music channels.  DVD & VHS players are also on hand should you want to watch a movie or bring along some of the children's favourites.

A round solid wood dining room with seating for 6 shares the ocean frontage with the living room.

The kitchen is part of the main living space.  It too is bright, airy and in possession of a view.  Here you will find all you need to whip up a light snack or create a full meal.

The harmonious use of wood, tile, talavera and color carry through to the master bedroom.  The oceanfront location will ensure the last thing you see at night and the first thing in the morning will be that incredible oceanfront view. 

A lovely private terrace with built in love seat will entice you to snuggle in and enjoy your morning coffee together or perhaps share a late night glass of wine while you reflect on a day well spent in paradise. 

The bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, TV with DVD and has an attached en-suite bathroom with shower. 

The guest bedroom is at the rear of the condo with a window allowing natural light inside but there is no view.  It has Twin beds which can be set up as a King.  Adjacent to the entry into the bedroom is a guest bathroom with a tub shower combination.

If additional space is required.  The owners have a bright, airy, studio condo in a separate building above the garage.  This studio is semi self contained with a coffee bar and attached bathroom with shower.  The studio has a Double and Single bed making it ideal for older children/teens, a couple, or a couple with a small child.  Although the view is of a parking lot and the street, there are lots of plants visible and the complex has great attention to detail, making it quite pleasant.

The Quinta Luna condo complex has a spectacular infinity edge pool, sandy beach areas, thatch umbrellas with chaise lounges and a protected bay that is ideal for swimming.  Other facilities include an air conditioned work out room and laundry facility.

        * showers, bath & beach towels provided.  Bath towels changed mid week

 I just got back from Quinta Luna condo Casa Alexander.  I always worry when I book through the internet, if it will be as good as it looks.  We were delighted to find out it was even better than what we expected.  The condo was clean and very nicely decorated.  Not only was the condo clean, but the entire property was extremely clean.  The pool was cleaned every day.  The staff washed the halls every day. The pillows were even wonderful.  Ariel and the staff were excellent.  They were very nice and very helpful.  We loved the fact that you could walk to the center where the dolphins and manatees were playing in the water.  There were terrific restaurants within walking distance.  The margaritas at The Pub were the awesome and the food was also, but we had great food at many of the restaurants.  We also loved Sisisi's the the staff gave us free desserts.  Others we liked were Richard's, Gringo Dave's for breakfast, and Massimo.  You have plenty of choices to get good food.  We liked where we were staying so much, that we had to force ourselves to leave the area.  We did go to Tulum to the ruins.  It is very beautiful there.  Make sure you wear your bathing suit, so you can take a swim while you are there.  The beach is beautiful.  We also went to Akumal and a neat restaurant called Buena Vida.  We also found the area very safe and the driving was not nearly as bad as I thought it might be.  Everyone was very friendly and nice.  I am planning to go back with my children and grandchildren.  The old and the young would just love this beautiful spot.  Doug has done a wonderful job with the website.  Everything you need to know is on the website.  This is one of the best vacations I have had.  I only regret that we only booked one week.  Two weeks would have been even better.  Sally L. Andra/Doug, I just wanted to tell you that we loved Quinta Luna and Casa Alexander.
