Natz Ti Ha is Mayan for 'near the water'.  That is exactly where you will be in this bright, stylish, very private, 3 bedroom condo, in the Nat Ti Ha condo complex of Playa del Carmen.

The airy and bright interior of Casa Anatolia is a tasteful blend of contemporary Eurasian style and classic Mexican design.  The condos frontage is a wall of sliding glass that opens to an inviting terrace that looks out upon a central courtyard surrounding a very inviting pool.  The courtyard is a lush tropical garden that offers a tranquil environment and privacy between the units. 

The central living area has a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining area with its table for 6.  The other side of the room is a sitting area with rich leather sofa, large screen TV and iPod docking station for entertainment.  An interesting design feature of the condo is a wall of louvered doors which open up into the Master bedroom.  This unique feature adds greatly to the open, spacious feel and look of the condo, yet allows the bedroom to be closed off for privacy when desired.

The spacious and equally bright Master bedroom has a King bed, walk in closet with security safe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.  It too has an in room security safe to lock up your valuables.

The second guest bedroom has Twin beds which can be made up as a King.  A walk in closet with security safe and attached en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the roof of the condo building is a large terrace for sun tanning, star gazing or enjoying a refreshing drink as you watch the sun set in the western horizon and reflect on just how lucky you are to be in this very special place.

The central courtyard of Natz Ti Ha is a tropical oasis of tranquility.  As would be expected with a paradise that is named 'Near the Water' a number of water features can be found throughout the property.  A large swimming pool with plenty of chaise lounges and areas both open to the sun and in the shade is central to this lush environment.  A series of paths through this jungle like paradise will lead you to fountains, trickling cascades of water and a gate out to the beach.  And what a beach it is !!!

The never crowded Playa del Carmen Beach known locally as CoCos, is only a few steps from Natz Ti Ha.  This gorgeous stretch of white, powdery sand, is tickled with that warm, clear, azul water that has made the Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen such a popular destination.

When the sun sets, just a short stroll from Natz Ti Ha will bring you to the newer, trendy end of Playa del Carmen famous walking street - 5th Avenue.  Here you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and a wide array of shopping options from T-shirt & handicraft stalls to stylish boutiques.
