Villas del Mar
 The Villas del Mar condo complex
(not to be confused with Villas del Mar II) is the largest and to many, the
most desirable in Puerto Aventuras. It is located beachfront on
Fatima Bay /
Omni Beach just south of the Omni Hotel.
Villas del Mar is an upscale development of five buildings clustered
in a horseshoe arrangement around a large lawn/garden/pool area.
There is plenty of off street parking and private tennis court for
residents/guests.
The pool and grounds alone would be enough to satisfy most anyone,
however it doesn't end there. Villas del Mar fronts one of the
most gorgeous powdery white sand beaches you can imagine. It truly
is an inviting and idyllic spot. You will most certainly know you
are on a luxurious Riviera Maya vacation when you experience it all.
 Adding
to the appeal of this location is your proximity to the many
services and attractions Puerto Aventuras has to offer. In
less than 5 minutes you can be teeing up to play golf, climbing into
a dive boat, headed off to catch a sailfish, dining in a tranquil
outdoor restaurant, swimming with dolphins or shopping for a special
gift. Of course, that is only if you can drag yourself away
from the terrace with its' wonderful view, then past that great
swimming pool and beyond the gin clear Caribbean waters.

Villas del Mar II
 Villas
del Mar II condo complex (not be confused with Villas del Mar) is
a medium size beachfront complex located on
Fatima Bay /
Omni Beach just a short 5 minute stroll south of the Omni Hotel
which is in the village center.
The complex is designed in a horseshoe arrangement with
manicured grounds surrounding an oceanfront pool and beach taking center
stage in the complex. This design assures that all condos have an
ocean and pool view. There are 4 floors with a total of 32, two
and three bedroom units. There is a large off street parking area
within the complex so parking is never an issue.
A number of the condos are occupied all winter by owners
or long term renters so everyone gets to know each other. It is a
relaxed atmosphere which is well suited to mature adults or family
groups.

Quinta Maya
 Quinta
Maya is a small beachfront complex on
Fatima Bay just a short stroll
from the Omni Hotel and village center.
Quinta Maya is not one of
those faceless mega projects but instead a sophisticated and intimate
environment where you will feel relaxed and welcome by the friendly
owners who you can't help but meet during your stay. There are no
time share sales people here and only a few of the units are
available as rentals so everyone tends to know each other yet privacy is
respected.
Quinta Maya consists of 2 buildings.
The 'A' building is beachfront and has 7 units all of which have
fabulous ocean views. The 'B' building is at the back of the
property and has 8 units. All have a view of a gorgeous pool
and tropical gardens. The complex has 2 pools, one oceanfront
and one between the 2 buildings. There is off street parking
for a limited number of cars but plenty of safe, on street parking.
The
architect and developer of the Quinta group of condominium projects
has brought great detail and classic Spanish design to Puerto
Aventuras. These buildings stand out even from a distance with
their interesting lines.
As they draw you in for closer
inspection you cannot help but be impressed with the attention to detail.
Arches & curves, hand carved doors, decorative iron work, chandeliers, stone
carvings, marble mosaics, domed ceilings, and wonderful columns are
all part of the extras which make these buildings something special.

Quinta Luna
 The
condo complex Quinta Luna is a captivatingly gorgeous oceanfront complex located on
the Chan Yu Yum Bay of Puerto Aventuras. The Quinta Luna complex
consists of a single very stylish building done in a modern Mexican design.
Great attention to detail has been taken throughout the building and the
units.
The Quinta Luna condo complex boasts a marvellous slice of
white sand beach rimmed by warm, gin clear Caribbean water. There
is an air conditioned on site workout room for guest use, a laundry
room, free wireless internet in the lobby area, a fabulous infinity
pool, and tasteful sitting & lounging areas on the sand and around
the pool.
Quinta Luna offers a sophisticated and intimate
environment where you will feel relaxed and welcome by the friendly
owners whom you can't help but meet during your stay. There are
no time share sales people here and a limited number of the units are
available as rentals so everyone knows each
other, yet privacy is
respected.
From Quinta Luna it is a short 15 - 20
minute walk to the village center. Golf carts are available for
daily and weekly rental from the village center for those really wanting
to spoil themselves.

Quinta del Sol
 The
Quinta del Sol beachfront complex is conveniently located on
Fatima Bay /
Omni Beach just a leisurely 3 minute stroll along the beach south of
the of the Omni Hotel and village center. The highlights of the
complex are the convenient beachfront location and large, captivating
pool with it's many bridges and waterways. The kids will love it.
The 4 story high complex consists of 2 buildings.
The front building boasts an 'in your face' 180 degree view of the ocean
and beach. There is a small oceanfront pool in front of this
building and thatch palapas and chaise lounge chairs on the sand.
The second building is designed in a letter L
configuration and set back slightly from the oceanfront building and
beach. It is in front of this building that the large pool is
located. This L design provides all of the condos in this building
a view of the large pool but the ocean views from this building can vary
greatly from limited to none.
The complex has a stylish contemporary Spanish design
that incorporates numerous fine details such as domed brick ceilings in
a number of the units. The use of arches, stone columns, rich
hardwoods, handmade Mexican tiles and local marbles are prevalent
throughout. The floor plans, square footage and views
vary greatly so consider this when looking at individual units.

 The
Ocean Homes condo complex on
Fatima Bay /
Omni Beach is on the beach next door to the Quinta Maya complex.
The complex is only a 3 minute walk from the Omni Hotel and village
center making this a convenient location to easily access all that
Puerto Aventuras has to offer.
This contemporary styled complex is front and center on
the beach with 8 large units that all enjoy an uninterrupted 180 degree
ocean view. An oceanfront pool, white sand beach and private off
street parking combined with the great location and views, makes this a
sought after location for a smaller, quieter complex that is still close
