Upon entering Casita Coral you will immediately be torn between racing straight out to the large terrace to take in that view and inhale the fresh ocean air, or remaining inside to further explore and discover the many treasures. Either decision will result in sensory overload so come prepared with digital camera and a very large memory card. |

The central living space of Casita Coral is capacious, open and airy. It consists of a living room, dining area, and kitchen that flows directly outside to the terrace via a wall of glass sliders that hide away in the wall. This convergence of interior and exterior environments is lost in the transition and perfectly suited to life here in the tropics where we seldom want to be indoors. |

The interior finish of Casita Coral has been as tastefully considered as the furnishings. Marble floorings, granite counter tops, select use of hand made ceramic tiles, rich exotic hardwoods, hand woven fabrics and stencilled walls all exemplify the level of detail that has gone into ensuring that this is not just a vacation home. In furnishing the condo, the owners and their designer traveled to San Miguel de Allende in the interior of Mexico. This is a colonial city seeped in history and home to a large number of artists and artisans. Here one can find well preserved antiques, art and other treasures. |

A King size pillow top mattress with quality linens and delicate hand woven bedspread is framed by an antique headboard. Other modern conveniences such as dressing room, en-suite bath, reading area, desk, HD satellite TV and walk out to a covered oceanfront terrace, complete this perfectly charming ambiance. |

Casita Coral is on the first floor in the new
E building of Puerto Aventuras premier condo complex, Villas del Mar.
The condos in this building are a little larger and a little more open
than those in the earlier buildings. This building is also the
only one in the complex with an elevator.
Villas del Mar is an upscale development of five buildings clustered in a horseshoe arrangement around a large lawn/garden/pool area. There is plenty of off street parking and private tennis court for residents/guests. The pool and grounds alone would be enough to satisfy most anyone, however it doesn't end there. Villas del Mar fronts one of the most gorgeous powdery white sand beaches you can imagine. It truly is an inviting and idyllic spot. You will most certainly know you are on a luxurious Riviera Maya vacation when you experience it all. Adding to the appeal of this location is your proximity to the many services and attractions Puerto Aventuras has to offer. In less than 5 minutes you can be teeing up to play golf, climbing into a dive boat, headed off to catch a sailfish, dining in a tranquil outdoor restaurant, swimming with dolphins or shopping for a special gift. Of course, that is only if you can drag yourself away from the terrace with its' wonderful view, then past that great swimming pool and beyond the gin clear Caribbean waters. |
