Casa Flores is an impressive Mayan Riviera oceanfront vacation condo located in the highly desirable resort/residential community of Puerto Aventuras Mexico.  This inviting condo, one floor up from ground, offers spectacular indoor and outdoor living in a delightfully soothing atmosphere.  The large, private, terrace with both shaded and sunny areas and a professional grill, is a highlight that should not be overlooked.

Casa Flores is one of a select few Puerto Aventuras condos available to the rental market in the captivatingly gorgeous, Quinta Luna condo complex.  The Quinta Luna complex consists of a single, very stylish building done in a modern Mexican design.  Great attention to detail has been taken throughout the building and the units. 

The Quinta Luna complex boasts a marvellous slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, gin clear Caribbean water.  There is an on site air conditioned workout room for guest use, a fabulous infinity pool, and tasteful sitting and lounging areas on the sand and around the pool.

Quinta Luna offers a sophisticated and intimate environment where you will feel relaxed and welcome by the friendly owners whom you can't help but meet during your stay.  There are no time share sales people here and only a few of the units are available as rentals so everyone knows each other, yet privacy is respected.

From Casa Flores it is a short 15 - 20 minute walk to the village center.  Golf carts are available for daily and weekly rental from the village center for those really wanting to spoil themselves.

The architect and developer of the Quinta group of condominium projects has brought great detail and classic Spanish design to Puerto Aventuras.  These buildings stand out even from a distance with their interesting lines.  As they draw you in for closer inspection you cannot help but be impressed with the attention to detail.  Arches & curves, hand carved doors, decorative iron work,  chandeliers, stone carvings, marble mosaics, domed ceilings, and wonderful columns are all part of the extras which make these buildings something special.
 

One step inside of Casa Flores and you will be enveloped in her charm. 

Two steps inside and you will notice that gorgeous large terrace drawing you straight through this inviting condo and back outside. 

Three steps in, and you see just beyond the terrace, that turquoise blue Caribbean water, white sand beach, and azul swimming pool.  All are calling out for you to come and be swallowed up by their allure.   Deciding which is more inviting, should be the most stressful thing you do all day.

Casa Flores or 'House of Flowers'.  Is so named for the subtle presence of flowers within the fun & interesting objects de art scattered  throughout the home.  The understated manner in which flowers tie the art together, underlies the class of the owners and the simple yet very stylish haven they have created.  That they are willing to share this gem with you is most certainly reason to celebrate.

The open kitchen design is bright and fully functional with everything one might need to prepare a simple snack or a multi course meal.

A tasteful dining table with seating for 6 is conveniently located between the kitchen and living areas. 

The living room is very comfy with sofa, love seat and armchair. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. 

The real highlight of this wonderful condo is the enormous oceanfront terrace.  With a fabulous professional gas grill, dining table with chairs, chaise lounges and various sitting areas, both in the cool of the shade or basking in the sun, there really is no reason to be inside other than to get some fresh ice for your cocktail.

The master bedroom has a King bed and quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.  A glass slider opens up to that beautiful terrace.  The attached bathroom with a tub-shower combination, is very tastefully done in marble and tile.   

The guest bedroom is just as tastefully finished with cool Caribbean colors.  It is conveniently set up to suit a variety of groups with a King bed and a single day bed. 

A second bathroom with shower is just outside the guest bedroom entrance door.  This bathroom is finished with the same quality and class as the rest of the condo.
