The main floor of Hacienda las Palmas consists of a large open sitting area. This leads into the dining area and then on to a most impressive kitchen. All areas are bright and spacious. The entire frontage of the villa on the golf course side is a wall of sliding glass. This affords a soothing view of the pool and private gardens, while providing easy access from anywhere on the main floor. The design effectively melds indoor and outdoor living spaces into one.... A large, vaulted, covered terrace is arranged with chaise lounges, table and chairs. A wet bar with grill (complete with granite counter tops) is conveniently located pool side. The pool has a small shallow area for the kids and a waterfall which provides a tranquil water feature for the adults and play thing for the kids. The entire area is enveloped in a lush tropical forest which bestows a cocoon of privacy. |

Also on the main floor is a large bedroom with attached en-suite bath. This bedroom has sliding glass doors out to a private terrace and the pool. |

Climbing up the marble staircase to the second level, you arrive to a large hallway that is set up as a TV room. Just off of this is an inviting terrace with lounge area and wet bar. The south eastern exposure makes this an ideal spot for a morning coffee or late afternoon beverage. |

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. The Master suite is very spacious and has a private covered terrace overlooking the pool, jungle and golf course. The attached en-suite bathroom has 2 sinks, jetted tub and shower. |

The other 3 guest bedrooms are all large suites with attached bathrooms. All of the furniture is hand made from the owner's design. The quality and craftsmanship does not go un-noticed. |

One of the highlights of Hacienda las Palmas has to be the rooftop lounge. From this vantage point one cannot only get a pleasing view of the tree tops and near by ocean, but you can spoil yourself with the many relaxing options on offer. A hammock for 2 beneath the shade of a thatch palapa. Couches for sharing conversation and cheer. An intimate pergola bed for sunning or star gazing with that someone special and of course.... there is another wet bar so you need not wander far to refresh your drink. |
