Natz Ti Ha in the Mayan language means 'near the water' and exactly where you will be in this  contemporary 3 bedroom condo located in the very desirable Natz Ti Ha complex in the newer north zone of Playa del Carmen.  With Coco beach a couple hundred yards from your doorstep and the walking street 'Avenida Quinta' 3 blocks away, it doesn't get much better than this for a GREAT Playa del Carmen location.

Casa Katalina offers a tasteful blend of modern, contemporary, decor within traditional Mexican architecture, in a fusion that works in a most pleasing way.   Rich leather and exotic woods mix well with subtle conchuela marble, ceramic tiles, and river rock accents.  White walls provide a striking canvas for colorful original art.  Arches, gentle curves and bold columns accentuate linear lines of furniture.  This is Casa Katalina and she awaits your visit.

The entire frontage of the condo is glass leading out to a covered terrace.  The view beyond the terrace is of the Natz Ti Ha courtyard, which is a tropical paradise of lush foliage and soothing water.  This serene tropical haven creates an air of tranquility and peacefulness which will have you leaving the windows open to fuse the indoor and outdoor worlds.

The terrace is complete with dining table, chaise lounges and a gas grill.  This opens up inside to a large living space with sitting and dining areas stretching the length of the room and a bright, open kitchen attached.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, attached en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and digital security safe.

There are two guest bedrooms. Each has an attached en-suite bathroom and private digital security safe.  One of the guest bedrooms has a Queen bed and the other has Twin beds that can be made up as a King

On the roof of the condo building is a large terrace for sun tanning, star gazing or enjoying a refreshing drink as you watch the sun set in the western horizon and reflect on just how lucky you are to be in this very special place.

The central courtyard of Natz Ti Ha is a tropical oasis of tranquility.  As would be expected with a paradise that is named 'Near the Water' a number of water features can be found throughout the property.  A large swimming pool with plenty of chaise lounges and areas both open to the sun and in the shade is central to this lush environment.  A series of paths through this jungle like paradise will lead you to fountains, trickling cascades of water and a gate out to the beach.  And what a beach it is !!!

The never crowded Playa del Carmen Beach known locally as CoCos, is only a few steps from Natz Ti Ha.  This gorgeous stretch of white, powdery sand, is tickled with that warm, clear, azul water that has made the Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen such a popular destination.

When the sun sets, just a short stroll from Natz Ti Ha will bring you to the newer, trendy end of Playa del Carmen famous walking street - 5th Avenue.  Here you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and a wide array of shopping options from T-shirt & handicraft stalls to stylish boutiques.
