La Mision Puerto Aventuras is a lovely 6,750 sq. ft. Mexican Mayan Riviera hacienda style home located in Puerto Aventuras Mexico on a calm Caribbean ocean inlet that provides boat access for the select few private homes sharing this quiet water way.  (see Riviera Maya map)    (see Puerto Aventuras map) 

Originally designed as a charming bed & breakfast with 6 identical, waterfront bedrooms, today Hacienda la Mision is offered as a private weekly rental.  It is ideal for large groups on a budget who are looking for affordable accommodations in the heart of exclusive Puerto Aventuras.

The waterway inlet extends onto the property where the owners have landscaped the bank and created a salt water pool.  Right next to this is  small fresh water pool for you to cool off in or for the kids to play. 
 

Just a short 10 minute walk away is the fabulous Omni Beach Club.  Guests of La Mision (up to 10 people) are provided with access to this private club where you can enjoy the beach, pool, beach bar, restaurant, and use of lounge chairs, shade umbrellas and beach towels.  All you need to bring is your sunscreen and money for your food and drinks.

From the moment you open the large hand carved wooden doors to enter the villa, you will sample the simple yet stylish charm and tranquility that this villa has to offer.  Hacienda la Mision is an ideal base for exploring all of what the Riviera Maya and Puerto Aventuras has to offer.   It provides all of the basic ingredients needed for rejuvenating tired bodies after a day of adventure and fun in the sun.

Each of the 6 identical bedrooms at Hacienda la Mision are of an equal size and offering.  They all face the water, have private terraces or balconies with hammocks, and are stylishly decorated with hand carved doors & headboards, hand woven bed spreads, stained glass windows, and imported Spanish tiles.  All bedrooms are equipped with 2 double beds, private bathroom with shower, and individual A/C units.

The common areas are spaced around the villa and grounds to allow room for everyone to get together or to escape for some private time.  A lovely central courtyard with fountain and lush garden, has tables and chairs for you to enjoy a meal out of doors, share in a game, or to simply sit and relax in this tranquil setting.

There is a large indoor dining room attached to a lounge area where you can watch TV, read a book from the small library, or visit with your family and friends.  Just off of this open area is the kitchen, which is equipped with the basics so that you can  prepare anything from a light snack to a full meal. 
 

For those not wanting to have to worry about cooking, La Mision offers meal packages:
-  "Worry Free Breakfast"  meal package can be provided during your stay for $75.00 US per person per week. Breakfast will include cereals, fresh squeezed orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, homemade fresh baked sweet breads, muffins, rolls and English muffins, fresh cut fruit, and eggs if requested.
-  "Relax and Enjoy" meal package is $165.00 US per person. This meal package includes breakfast every morning and a 3 course meal four times during a week. All food service and transportation fees are included. These meals will be prepared in your villa and served at our beautiful Mexican courtyard.

NOTE: Please let us know at least a week before your arrival if you would like to have any meals served during your stay.

We are giving free Breakfast which include cereals, fresh orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, homemade fresh baked sweet breads, muffins, rolls and English muffins, fresh cut fruit, and eggs if requested..

An additional dinner package can be purchased for $90.00 US per person. This package includes a 3 course meal four times a week.  These meals will be prepared in your villa and served at our beautiful Mexican courtyard.

* Housekeeping Service  provided Monday - Saturday which will come in to clean villa and make beds.
* 4 Bicycles available
* Privileges of the Omni Beach club (for up to 10 people) which include use of their pool, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and access to their beachside and swim-up pool bars.  (guests will need to leave a $350 credit with owner/manager which will be refunded if no outstanding charges)

Guests of Hacienda la Mision are permitted access to the Omni Hotel's Beach Club.  (up to 10 people)  This private club allows members to use of the hotel swimming pool, chaise lounges & umbrellas, beach towels and the services of their beach and swim-up pool bars.  Guests only need pay for food and drinks which are offered at a discount to club members.
