Approaching villa la Roca from the street you will find off street parking under a carport. The carport roof is actually the floor of the detached garden suite bedroom or 'casita'. This very private bedroom has attached en-suite bath, Twin beds that can be made up as a King and satellite TV. |

A path leads from the parking space through the garden past the entrance to the garden suite, on to a covered terrace where the entrance this lovely villa awaits your arrival. Step inside Villa la Roca and you will immediately be taken by the vaulted ceiling and wall of glass framing that incredible blue water view of the pool and ocean in front of you. Catch your breath.... and you will begin to appreciate the fine art and stylish decor that set this home apart. |

From the entrance foyer the villa opens into a great room with kitchen and dining to the right. The living room is to the left. A central wall of glass in the center provides access to a large pool and the ocean beyond. The kitchen at Villa la Roca is fully equipped should you decide to prepare your own meals. OR for an additional price, we can arrange for someone to come in and spoil you with their delicious culinary skills. A granite counter top island with 4 stools creates a physical break with the 12 seat hardwood dining table. On the other side of the room the living area is comfortably fitted with 2 sofas, a couple of easy chairs and a wall unit with Satellite TV. |

From this central great room, two bedroom wings reach out toward the ocean. Each wing has an oceanfront bedroom suite on the ground floor and another upstairs. All 4 of the suites are nearly identical. Each provides fabulous ocean and pool views. Access to the two upstairs suites is via independent staircases at either end of the great room. The ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the pool, while the second floor bedrooms have small, private terraces. |

All of the bedroom suites at Villa la Roca have attached en-suite bathrooms that are nearly identical making the choice of bedrooms quite easy. |

The third floor of Villa la Roca is dedicated entirely to the scrumptiously decadent oversize Master Suite. A King bed with million dollar view will make it difficult to get up in the morning. When you finally do... it is only a few steps to your private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a shared cocktail at sunset or intimate star gazing at night. Off in the distance you can observe the twinkle of cruise ships as they call upon the island of Cozumel. |

Befitting a Master Suite such as this is an equally large bathroom complete with jacuzzi style tub sporting a tranquil garden view, glass blocked shower stall and granite vanity top with his and her sinks. |

The oceanfront pool and terrace area at Villa la Roca in Puerto Aventuras is where you will want to idle away your days here in paradise. The extra large pool that slopes from 2 feet to 4 depth ending in an infinity edge giving you the impression that the pool spills right out into the ocean. This makes for a most inviting place to enjoy the sun, water and views of the passing boats. |

Villa la Roca is located on a flat rocky shoreline in the exclusive 'las Rocas' area of the resort/residential community of Puerto Aventuras. The shoreline in front of the villa offers spectacular vistas, well appreciated privacy, and lazy hours spent combing the shore for treasures. On a calm day snorkelling in front of the villa is spectacular. A short stroll from the villa is the Dreams Hotel beach with its' protected bay and sandy beach. Even more appealing is the beach in front of the Omni Hotel which is accessible from the village center, a short stroll away. |

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 14 (no more than 12 adults) NOTE: this villa is located right next door to the 5 bedroom Casa Mediterranea. Combined they can accommodate 22 - 26 people. Casa Mariposa is 2 doors down and can also be combined for larger groups. |
