Removing the center wall to combine two, 2 bedroom, ground floor, corner units to create an expansive, custom designed condo with an impressive 180 degree, panoramic ocean view.   You will be front and center in this very tasteful Quinta Luna condominium in enchanting Puerto Aventuras Mexico. 

In addition to a jaw dropping view from almost every room in the condo.  The highlights of this most impressive property are an expansive open concept central living space, 2 of the 3 bedrooms are oceanfront,  an office/den, charming Mexican inspired furnishings, original pieces of art and a large covered terrace that is a mere steps from the pool and beach. 

Step inside the impressive hand carved double door entrance to Laguna del Mar and you will be greeted by a large foyer with adjoining hallways heading off in either direction.  Welcome to paradise....

Each of the hallways off of the foyer will lead you into the bright, open common area and those breath taking views!

Although voluminous, the central living space is inviting and cozy with the room set up for different functions in different areas.  One side of the room hosts a grouping of comfortable chairs and sofas.  A writing desk completes this vignette.  The other wing has a formal dining area with a massive square table with seating for 12.  Ceiling to floor windows provide ocean and pool views for all.

An impressive fully equipped kitchen takes center stage in the pie shape design of the room.  Bar stools adorn the front for a great breakfast or lunch bar or impromptu kitchen party.  The kitchen comes complete with the same stunning views that the rest of the condo enjoys.

Additional dining options are available at a small circular table in front of the kitchen, or best yet.... is to enjoy your meals 'al fresco' on the terrace.

On the west wing is the Master suite with King bed, large en-suite bathroom and private oceanfront terrace that is just steps from the beach.  What better place to enjoy a morning coffee or romantic cocktail as you watch the sun set over the bay.

On the east wing are the 2 guest bedrooms.  The first is colorful, oceanfront with walk out terrace to the pool and beach just beyond.  It has 2 full size beds and attached en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination.

The 3rd bedroom is also located on the east wing.  It has 2 full size beds and a bathroom with shower conveniently located just outside the entry door.

An office/den/entertainment room with satellite TV finishes off the interior space at Laguna del Mar. 

If additional space is required.  The owners have a bright, airy, studio condo in a separate building above the garage.  This studio is semi self contained with a coffee bar and attached bathroom with shower.  The studio has a Double and Single bed making it ideal for older children/teens, a couple, or a couple with a small child.  Although the view is of a parking lot and the street, there are lots of plants visible and the complex has great attention to detail, making it quite pleasant.

Laguna del Mar is located in the Quinta Luna condo complex in Puerto Aventuras.  This stylish complex is done in a contemporary Mexican design with great attention to detail.  Highlights include private beach on a protected lagoon, beautiful infinity edge oceanfront pool with shallow end for the kids, work out area and laundry room for guest use.
