This 3 bedroom Puerto Aventuras vacation rental condo is perfectly located on the Omni beach just a pleasant 5 minute walk along the sandy shore to the village center where you will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, services and a full array of activities including swim with dolphins, deep sea fishing charters, parasailing, catamaran snorkel & sunset cruises, scuba diving shops, tennis and golf.

For those who don't know Puerto Aventuras.... it is a gated resort and residential community ideally suited for families and couples looking for a safe, low key, tropical destination with a comfortable mix of amenities, style and Mexican flair.

Stepping inside the arched, hand carved, entry door of this gorgeous Puerto Aventuras condo you will immediately be taken by her charm.  Solid hardwoods, local marbles, granite counter tops, vaulted red brick ceilings and rich fabrics accent the open and airy feel of the main living space. Directly off the entry foyer is a half bath for guest convenience.

The common area of Casa Linda is very large, open and highlighted by a massive arched dome of red brick that stretches the entire length of the room.  It really is quite stunning.

Two sofa and chair groupings on either side of the room provide plenty of space to relax and share conversation.  Sliding glass patio doors open to a large covered terrace with pool and ocean views.  A TV with satellite and DVD splits the room for evening viewing.

The kitchen of this beautiful vacation rental condo is open to the rest of the room, has plenty of granite counter tops, a central island food prep area, a bank of stools for the inevitable 'kitchen party, and fitted with everything one would need to prepare meals in should you decide to eat in.  For those that don't want to cook, there are a number of restaurants within walking distance of the condo OR spoil yourself with a meal made and served to you by our European chef. 

The dining area is off of the kitchen and has a round table with seating for 8.

The large covered terrace stretches the length of the condo with striking views of the pool and ocean.  A wet bar, chaise lounge chairs and a dining table make this area not only inviting but practical.

Casa Linda offers 3 spacious bedrooms, all with attached en-suite bathrooms boasting marble finishing.  For smaller groups, 1 of the bedrooms can be locked off and the rate reduced.  Each of the bedrooms have hand crafted, vaulted dome ceilings of red brick which add to the uniqueness of the rooms and provide a much more airy feel.

The Master suite is large and has a King bed, TV, sitting area and en-suite bathroom with both shower stall and tub.

The first Guest bedroom has 2 Double beds, attached en-suite bathroom with shower and a sliding glass door to the oceanfront terrace.

The highlight of course to any tropical vacation is the sun, sand and water.  All of which are in abundance at Casa Linda and the Quinta del Sol condo complex.  With 2 amazing pools, a white sand beach rimming a crystal clear, aquiline blue ocean and a sprinkling of decorative talavera tile and stone fountains around the well kept property...... you have it all.

Doug,  Well...... we're home, refreshed, and tanned.  Could have stayed a few more days though......... What a wonderful time we had and the condo is very nice and beautiful. Everything was great and as promised. Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. We had a minor issue with a frozen AC unit and poorly draining tub/sinks. I called Tito the administrator and he had someone there within minutes and the drains were fixed the next morning. Thank you so much to the owners for the use of their condo. We will definitely use it again next time we go.   I should mention that my granddaughter accidental bumped the blue wine glass, that is on the small table in the kitchen and matches the red one, and it broke. Truly sorry. You can take the cost out of the $500 if needed.  Again, thanks.... it was a wonderful trip for our family and this condo made us feel right at home.  Julie W.  March 2012
