 Casa Magica is located on gorgeous Jade Bay just a short stroll down the beach from enchanting Akumal Mexico.  This Riviera Maya vacation villa is nestled amid swaying palm trees, with a gorgeous blue Caribbean bay, ringed by a white sand beach, for a front yard.  This truly is a magical place.  

Upon entering this 5,000 sq. ft. beachfront villa you will instantly feel a weight lift from your shoulders.  The warm earthen colors blend naturally with tones from the sky and sea to soothe you into instant submission.

The décor is a casual mix of old world charm accented with such things as pre-Columbian style statues, vases, figurines, and ceramic vessels, punctuated with all of the modern comforts one would expect.  Scattered thoughtfully throughout the villa, these accessories help define the villa as being so much more than just a beach house.

An open and spacious floor plan between the living, kitchen, and dining areas offer an easy flow of activity and conversation, while still offering plenty of private nooks to snuggle in to. 

The elegant wicker sofas with an abundance of pillows create a cozy living room, while the two-story domed brick ceiling towering majestically above, further enhances the sense of space. 

The fully equipped kitchen is extra large, open to the rest of the living space and sure to be a focal point for one of those impromptu 'kitchen parties.'  It is sure to please anyone who enjoys cooking.  However you certainly should let the staff spoil you at least one evening with a traditional Mexican dinner served either indoors or 'al fresco' on the covered pool/beach side terrace.

Almost without notice, the glass sliders of the living and dining areas draw you out to the covered patio and gorgeous swimming pool. 

Deep blue and inviting, the pool is the perfect place to cool yourself, suntan on one of the ledges, or to simply enjoy each others' company.  Surrounding the pool is a luscious, lawn with small cement pathways, leading to individual sunning decks.

 A delightful wooden gazebo sits beside the pool providing some welcome shade to enjoy the ocean view.   This is sure to become the favoured place for those afternoon sundowners.

Back inside Casa Magica you will find an oceanfront master bedroom suite on the ground level.  This large bedroom has sliding glass doors leading out to a covered patio with the pool and beach just beyond. The suite has a king-sized bed, sitting area, and attached large bathroom with an oversized shower.

Upstairs at Casa Magica are 3 more bedrooms.  The first is a nearly identical Master bedroom suite to the ground floor.  It offers a private covered oceanfront terrace with fabulous view, large bathroom with double sinks, an oversized shower and a Jacuzzi style tub.

The third bedroom also boasts an oceanfront view with private terrace, king-sized bed and private  en-suite bathroom.   

The fourth bedroom in the main villa of Casa Magica is very large, offers two queen size beds and a private bathroom also.  This lovely room has a jungle view  through enormous panoramic windows and a small  balcony with a partial ocean view.

For larger groups requiring a 5th bedroom or a couple wanting some additional privacy.  The self contained Guest House suite 'Casita' is available and ideal.  This is located on the street/garden side of the property just to the right of the main villa entrance. 

The main floor of this building consists of a small apartment where the on-site staff live as well as storage and maintenance rooms.  The cute Guest House above has a small kitchen, living room area, terrace with garden view, bedroom with King bed and bathroom with shower.

** Base rate is for up to 8 persons using Main Villa only.  Add $1000 for Guest House (single or double occupancy)  Add $500 per week for each additional person  ($250 for children 9 years of age or under).  NOTE: children under 24 months of age at time of arrival are not considered in the head count.  The maximum occupancy is 12 people (no more than 10 adults).

 ******  Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation.  Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement.  Parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in guests, or any other form of non registered guest access will result in a forfeit of the security deposit and could be reason to ask you to leave unless prior permission has been granted.

Hi Andra!  I was just thinking about you yesterday...wanted to send an email telling you how wonderful everything was. We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The house was lovely, the pictures really don't do it justice. Rayna and Marocs were so friendly, helpful and nice. The food was great! Akumal is a great little town and is an easy beach walk away. Oh yeah, and the beach. So beautiful. I miss it already. My friends declared me the biggest beach bum of the group! I am happy with that title  Thanks for setting everything up.  Doug: safely home after a lovely stay at Casa Magica.  Casa Magica was all the web site described and then some!  Plenty of space for three generations of one family to find down time and the two little boys Ben (7) & Henry (4) were totally taken by the beach, waves and pool. Not a cross word out of them for the entire week....now that's a success story!  Three of the group are avid divers and snorkelers so they were blissfully happy and the rest of us just enjoyed the bliss of doing nothing.
