Maison Kataluna located in the gorgeous Quinta Luna condo complex of Puerto Aventuras Mexico, is a tranquil oasis of serenity that awaits you.  This 1650 sq.ft. (153 sq. mt.) beachfront unit is situated at the end of the building with no unit directly above.  The strategic position allows for windows on 2 sides to enjoy those great views, plus a vaulted ceiling in the living and dining areas.  The result is a condo that seems much larger, more open and airy then units of the same floor plan and size. 

The Quinta Luna complex where condo Maison KataLuna is located has been designed and finished in a sophisticated Mexican design with great attention to detail.  There is an air conditioned on site workout room for guest use, a laundry room for those units that don't have in suite facilities, free wireless internet in the lobby area, a fabulous infinity pool, and tasteful sitting and lounging areas on the sand and around the pool so there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It is an environment that is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation amidst a luxuriously casual setting.

The central living space of Maison KataLuna consists of the kitchen, dining area and living room.  It is a bright open area with plenty of windows and patios off of both the dining and living areas.

For those who want to eat in.  You will find the kitchen is bright, modern, fully equipped and has plenty of granite counter top space to work.  Whether you are preparing a light snack or a large meal you won't be disappointed. 

The spacious living room is complete with a satellite TV, DVD player with small library, CD stereo and desk with wireless internet service.

Leading off of the living room is a large, covered, beachfront terrace complete with lounges and dining table.  You will quickly discover that this is the perfect place to enjoy your meals al fresco or to savour a late afternoon cocktail while you watch the sun set on the horizon and recount a day just spent in paradise.

The terrace of Maison KataLuna stretches the full length of the condo so that there is access directly from the Master suite.  The suite has a Queen bed, satellite TV, desk and attached en-suite bathroom with shower.

The Guest bedroom has 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed.  A bathroom with shower - tub combination is conveniently located just outside the entrance door.

The Quinta Luna condo complex where Maison KataLuna is located, sits on a well protected bay with private sandy beach, tropical style thatch umbrellas, chaise lounge chairs, dining areas, gorgeous infinity edge pool.  Other facilities include an air conditioned work out room, laundry facility and wireless internet.
