Vacation Villas & Condos of Puerto Aventuras and the Riviera Maya

If you are looking for a fabulous oceanfront or beachfront vacation villa or condo to rent or let in Puerto Aventuras or anywhere on the Riviera Maya of Mexico, then please read on.  We are located on a gorgeous stretch of Mexico's blue Caribbean coast called the Riviera Maya by some, the Mayan Riviera by others, and paradise by all.  Stretching from Cancun in the north to Tulum in the south, the Mayan Riviera encompasses the quaint fishing villages of yesterday, turned vacation destination of today, including Puerto Morales, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Jade Bay, Tankha, Solimon Bay and our favorite slice of utopia, Puerto Aventuras.   Riviera Maya Map

The idyllic protected bays with white sandy beaches that you will find along the Riviera Maya have become home to a number of all inclusive hotels, a scattering of condo projects, and a few privately owned luxury vacation villas and condos.  The beautiful residential resort community of Puerto Aventuras, boasts claim to 2 such bays, 20 of these luxury oceanfront vacation villas and some of the most upscale condos in the area.  This is where we settled and built our villa 'Brisa Caribe'.  

As we became established and known through the community of Puerto Aventuras, we started to represent some of the other villa and condo owners here in Puerto Aventuras who have become friends.  As time passed we got to know more people not only here in Puerto Aventuras but in the neighboring communities of Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Jade Bay, Solimon Bay, Tankha and Tulum.  Demand increased to where today we have put together a quite extensive collection of luxury villas and condos all situated on the Maya Riviera from Playa del Carmen to Tulum.

All of these villas, condos and resorts offer you privacy, unsurpassed ocean views, and the opportunity to shed the stress of your busy lives while you relax in the casual luxury that they provide. Yet each is centrally located to all that the Riviera Maya has to offer.  Some properties are on quiet bays with sandy beaches, while others are on coral oceanfront with spectacular vistas.  At some locations a car is required where at others you can walk to most everything you will need during the week or access to taxis and public transport is easy.

We are fortunate enough to live in beautiful Puerto Aventuras year round.  We know the owners of the villas, condos, and resorts personally, and visit the properties regularly.  We promise to do our best to represent the properties accurately, to answer your questions honestly, and to provide you with a personal service that you may just not find elsewhere.  We look forward to helping you find the right vacation property and please remember that we will not only be here to answer your questions before you arrive, but we will be your neighbor once you get here.

Casa Mariposa:  Means “butterfly” in Spanish.  This butterfly has recently gone through a metamorphosis into something very special.

Casita las Palmas: Nestled in the palms on a gorgeous beach, this charming 'casita' or 'little house' is ideal for someone who wants the privileges of a villa, but doesn't require more than 2 bedrooms.

Condo Buena Vida: The 'Good Life' is what you will be experiencing in this luxurious, 1850 sq. ft. condo located in Puerto Aventuras premier development.

Although not located in Puerto Aventuras, these additional villas represent a similar level of luxury and style to our other villas and therefore we have included them for you to consider.  Most are in locations which require you have a car to access services, but with villas like these, who wants to go anywhere anyway?  A description of the location is at the bottom of each villa description.  Our Riviera Maya map will show you where they are on the coast.
Villa Yardena: this popular Solimon Bay rental is very private, comfortably luxurious, and spaciously designed inside and out.  80 feet of sandy beach, rooftop observatory, large bedrooms, and plenty of covered terraces are all yours to enjoy.

The Villas of PUERTO AVENTURAS Locations:

Access to the exclusive Las Rocas area of Puerto Aventuras is by a bridge over one channel of the marina.  The flat coral shoreline in front of these villas is broken up with an entrance into the marina on the south end of the street and a sandy protected bay to the north. The bay, shared with the Sunscape, Lookea and Catalonia Hotels, is ideal for swimming and is only a short stroll along the ocean from any of these villas. The sand from this bay extends part way up the shoreline before ending just past villa Brisa Caribe.

In front of these villas, the coral and limestone outcrop makes for dramatic vistas, provides a soothing rhythm of water lapping against the shore, and is ideal for peaceful strolls combing for shells and other treasures given up by the sea.  There is even a very inviting saltwater pool cut into the coral which offer relief from the heat and protection for those who are not so comfortable in the open sea.  Here the coral extends out and into the bountiful gin clear Caribbean waters making this a wonderful place to snorkel. Or if you are a little more adventurous, we can arrange to take you on a guided scuba dive right in front of your villa. You don’t know how to scuba dive but would like to learn? No problem, we can provide private instruction right in the privacy of the large oceanfront swimming pool that each of these villas boast. Click here to learn more about diving in the Riviera Maya.   Public access to this part of the coastline is restricted so these villas get very few people strolling past, which adds to your privacy.

The other Puerto Aventuras vacation villas are on the quiet, south end of Puerto Aventuras most popular beach, the Omni.  So named for the boutique style, 35 room, Omni hotel that sits at the north end.  It is most popular because of the wonderful white powdery sand and a shallow bay that is protected by an outer reef.  This reef keeps the waters calm and well suited to wading, swimming, snorkeling, and even a little flats fishing early in the morning.  

In addition to the Omni hotel, the north end of the beach has a few tasteful condo projects before reaching the residential zone to the south, where there are 4 private homes and about 10 lots that have not yet been developed.  Just south of this, there is a jetty and entrance to a private marina/residential area.  It is beautiful, private and close to everything.

While it is pretty hard to beat this, if you are going to rent a car and don't mind driving for 10 minutes, then we can share the directions to another beach that has even softer sand, equally blue water and even less people.  This slice of heaven is what causes people to return home, quit their jobs and move down permanently.
