You don't need to sacrifice location, style or your budget to find comfortable accommodations just off of the best beach in popular Puerto Aventuras.  'Tranquilidad' offers you just that. Located one building back from the ocean in the prestigious Quinta Maya condo complex, this studio condo is tastefully decorated to create a warm and inviting hide-a-way for a couple who appreciate being together.  Rich woods, colorful fabrics, classic Mexican tile, and conchuela marble counter tops, all reflect the care and quality gone into creating this tranquil environment. The first floor vantage point overlooking one of the two gorgeous pools on this complex (the other is on the oceanfront just through the 'A' building breezeway) offers fresh breezes and a lovely view.  A small balcony is perfect for greeting the day or for the two of you to sit and enjoy a sundowner while you relive all that you did or didn't do that day. A kitchenette with 2 burner electric stove is not ideal for creating a gourmet meal but perfectly adequate for preparing breakfast, lunch or a light snack.  With 12 restaurants less than 15 minutes stroll away, you won't want to spend time in the kitchen anyway.

The condo is equipped with Satellite TV with a mix of Spanish and English channels.  Plus there is a small stereo with CD/tape player for you to enjoy your favorite tunes so don't forget to throw your Jimmy Buffet 'Margarita Ville' CD in the suitcase.

A queen size bed is tucked out of the way at the back.  Plenty of closet space allows you to settle in for the week and put everything away out of sight.  A programmable safe for your valuables located in one of the closets gives you extra a little extra piece of mind in this very safe gated community.  

The sofa pulls out to make a double bed if extra sleeping arrangements are needed.

The bathroom is just between the bedroom and living areas and is tastefully done in earth tone tiles with a large and airy shower.

Although you will be plenty comfortable in the condo, most likely you are here to enjoy the beach, ocean, and tickle your body with that wonderful Riviera Maya sunshine, so it is important to know just how perfectly located this complex and unit are to just that. 

The closest swimming pool is just below the unit, gorgeous, and pictured above.  Another equally pretty pool is just in front of the 'A' building and borders on a gorgeous white powdery sand beach.  (see photo inset)  Including walking down the one flight of stairs (or using the elevator if you prefer) you can be on the beach and in your chaise lounge lapping up the sunshine in less than 2 minutes.

This beach stretches off in both directions.  One way will take you on a peaceful walk past a residential area of private villas and in the other direction a short stroll will put you at the Omni Hotel, restaurants, the marina and the village center.  You are close to everything, yet just far enough away to really be able to savor the 'Tranquilidad.

Tranquilidad is located on sandy Omni beach in the resort/residential community of Puerto Aventuras.  Puerto Aventuras offers many options for guests with restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, diving, tennis, swim with dolphins, deep sea fishing, sailing charters, parasailing and other activities & services within walking distance of the condo.
