The Oceana Vista condo was just completed in late February 2006. It is fully air conditioned, large, bright, airy, and very well appointed. This ground floor unit is one of the 8 exclusive privately owned condos in this spectacular development on Puerto Aventuras' s desirable 'Omni Beach'. The interior decor of the condo is done in a classy minimalist style which is tied together with marble floors and highlighted by a modern Italian design kitchen. The furnishing are sleek and not lacking for any of the creature comforts one expects in a fine, upscale, vacation condo. |

The entrance way into the condo opens up to a large foyer in the center of the unit. A floor to ceiling window in the foyer provides a garden view and plenty of natural light. Down the hall to the right is a large bedroom with King bed, attached en-suite and sliding glass doors out to a small terrace with a view of the garden and neighbors pool. It is an invitingly tranquil place for a little private time. |

Heading in the opposite direction from the foyer, you will find another large bedroom. This one has two Queen beds and pleasing view of the pool next door. Just outside the bedroom door is a bathroom with shower/tub. |

The Master suite has a King bed, walk in closet, and en-suite with shower, tub and bidet. A large sliding glass door in the Master provides a view of the pool and the remarkable blue ocean just beyond. |

The kitchen, dining, and living rooms all flow into each other creating a very large open area that takes advantage of the gorgeous view. The stunning kitchen is Italian in design with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to work. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that is needed to prepare everything from a weeks' worth of meals to a light snack. One of the counters has 4 stools on the dining room side to serve as a breakfast bar, or for those inevitable kitchen gatherings. |

The living room is floor to ceiling with glass sliding doors, commanding a spectacular view and easy access to the pool and ocean. A sofa, love seat and arm chair arrangement, invite cozy conversation. Just outside this sliding glass frontage, is a covered terrace with teak table and chairs for dining al fresco or a respite from the sun. |

Just beyond the pool is the white sand beach and alluring azul waters. |

Here are some of our GUESTS COMMENTS: Hi Doug, Just a quick note to say we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo was incredible. The view - amazing!! We could not have asked for more. There is so much to do there - if you want to - or just relax on the beach or by the pool. Our oldest son loved the Dolphin Swim at Dolphin Discovery and "Gringo Dave's". We had great meals at all the restaurants in the town centre and met a lot of friendly people. We will definitely be back! Wanda Z. Edmonton AB Canada, April 2011 This property could not have been more perfect! The only thing between us and the beach was the beautiful patio and pool. The condo was lovely, comfortable and spacious. We have stayed further south on previous visits to Mexico but Puerto Adventuras is the best location we have had as far as proximity to places like XelHa, Xcaret, Xplor and many Mayan ruins. Arlene and Anthony were wonderful to deal with and very helpful. We are 2 couples who enjoy traveling together, cooking meals together and seeing all of the local sites together. This condo worked well for us because the 2 bedrooms we used were on opposite ends of the condo. They were both nicely appointed, private suites with room for privacy and quiet time. We unanimously would rent this condo again! Karlita, Jan. 2011 "We absolutely loved our stay in Puerta Aventura at the Ocean Homes property. The location is great. Far from the craziness of Cancun, but close to other regional attactions. We rented a car which gave us great access to the area and cost less for the week than hiring a taxi for our excursions. The condo was beautiful and clean and worked perfectly for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The owners and property managers were great and responded immediately when power surges turned off the air conditioning and we later requested some extra linens. The condo also has a washer/dryer which was so handy and the owner even supplied soap to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all equipment needed to cook. We shopped at the Sam's Club in Playa del Carmen and bought food for our breakfasts and lunches. There was also a BBQ grill on the porch which we used as well. In the evening we took a short walk down the beach to the village which offered many great restaurants at which to eat. The pool was 10 steps outside our back door and the beach 5 steps past that. The beaches were very clean and directly in front of the condo was great place to snorkel for kids as the water was not very deep, but offered a huge variety of sealife which the kids loved. Hi Doug, Thanks for setting us up with a gorgeous condo.
Oceana Vista was so clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the
area, did a bit of exploring. The arrival instructions were
very thorough-thanks for all that info. You might want to add
"be careful of the banditos dressed up as police officers". We
got pulled over for "speeding" (we weren't) and the cop offered
us a $100 ticket to be paid at the police station, or option 2:
give him $50 cash. Being from New Jersey, my husband got him to
agree to $40 (in Spanglish...) They certainly aren't doing
anything good for the tourist industry..... But anyway, we
had a great time. Anthony and Arlene were very nice. Hope to
return for more beautiful weather. It snowed/rained/thunder
stormed here yesterday and today. YUCK! Ellen and Mike
