Puerto Aventuras Mexico is an up market gated resort/residential community with marina, located in the heart of the Riviera Maya 1 hour south of the Cancun airport on a 4 lane highway. It is 20 minutes south of Playa del Carmen and 20 minutes north of Akumal. This central location puts it within easy access of all that the Mayan Riviera has to offer.

Within Puerto Aventuras there are a number of restaurants, bars, boutiques, activities and services within walking distance of all the Puerto Aventuras villa and condo vacation rentals we offer. By 10:00 PM the streets of Puerto Aventuras are getting pretty quiet. However for those who do want the nightlife, Playa del Carmen is a short 20 minute/$16. usd taxi ride away.
