Some of the properties that allow weddings and special events restrict the attendance to only those who are staying at the property.  These properties will be noted below as not allowing visitors.  Of the properties that do allow visitors, this is normally restricted to access for the day/evening of the event ONLY.  (please consider carefully what impact this NO VISITORS rule will have on your stay).  Some properties have a maximum number of people they allow at the event depending if it is a stand up or sit down event.  This maximum number of allowed attendees includes guests staying at the villa.  If an event fee is charged, this is for holding the event ONLY and does not include any additional services, staff, catering or equipment not normally provided with the weekly rental.  These will all be extra.  Each owner has a wedding & events planner that they work with.  Once you have chosen a property and made the deposit, we will be happy to put you in touch with the event planner to start working out the details to make your event special.
