PREFERRED for this villa
* Rate is calculated on up to 2 people per bedroom.
Additional person rate is $400 per extra person + tax.
So.. if you had 14 people it would be the 7 bedroom rate.
If you had 15 people it would be the 8 bedroom rate unless you wanted to put them in 7 bedrooms.
In this case it would be the 7 bedroom rate + 1 extra person. NOTE: We
do not allow anyone to sleep on furniture or use
cushions/pillows for beds.
** We consider all children over 1 year of age in the head
count.
*** We will lock off the bedrooms that you have not rented.
**** Access to this property is limited to the persons
indicated on your confirmation. Parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in
guests, or any other
form of non registered guest access will result in a
forfeit of the security deposit and could be reason to ask you
to leave.
***** There is a $1,000 refundable security/damage deposit required |

Thank
you for your interest in villa Brisa Caribe.
To
me the villa Brisa Caribe is much more than a vacation villa that I rent out to
tourists. It is my home, full of antiques and collectables, most of
which represent my most cherished memories of family and
travel.
I have set the villa
up for entertaining with an effort to make visitors feel as comfortable and
welcome guests in my home. My hope is that my guests appreciate
this, do feel this way, and will always remember and respect that this
villa is a home and not just a rental property.
I am only
interested in responsible family groups and mature adults who are
looking for a luxuriously casual villa for a relatively quiet and
relaxing vacation. I am not interested in any party animals.
As your host,
I share in your concern that everything
goes well and I wish for you to have a special experience full of
wonderful memories that can be created with family and friends. I also know that you expect
professional conduct from me and my staff, both in the way we care for
you and in the way we
conduct our business.
For
all of the above reasons I have adopted the policies you will find
contained within the rental &
security agreement. I trust you and the other adult members of your
group will read these policies thoroughly before signing off on them.
We are not flexible on these policies so please consider carefully if
they will fit in with what you are looking for.
