Studio de Reyes is just a short 10 minute walk to the village center where you will find the beach, a marina, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and a wide array of activities and services to keep you busy.  Catamaran tours, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, swim with dolphins, parasailing, fitness center, spa, golf and tennis are all here.  For your convenience, a grocery store with everything you need, is located near the entrance to Puerto Aventuras which is 15 minutes walk from the condo.  Public transport from the entrance or inexpensive taxis from the village center make it easy to stretch your legs a little further to enjoy the many other activities and sights this exciting area has to offer.

This inviting Puerto Aventuras studio condo is a very well-appointed unit with quality finishing.  The condo includes a full size, fully equipped, kitchen with granite counter tops.  There is plenty of counter space, storage and everything you will need to prepare everything from a full meal to a quick snack.  A dining area with table for 4 is between the kitchen and covered terrace.

A King size bed and sitting area with sofa provide a comfortable place to relax day or night.  Flat screen TV with satellite, DVD and wireless internet are all included.

A Queen size bed tucked in a corner is available if required.  The full size bathroom with shower finishes off the indoor area of this spacious and very functional studio condo.

The covered terrace with golf course and pool views provides an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail.

The large and inviting pool is one of the few in the area that is long enough to swim laps.

The spacious grounds around the pool have areas with chaise lounges for sunning and tables and chairs in the shade for relaxing with a cool drink.
