Casa Subo is a cheerful 1445 square foot ground floor, beachfront, condo in the very desirable Quinta Luna complex of Puerto Aventuras.

The condo Casa Subo is one of a select few vacation rental units available to the rental market in the captivatingly gorgeous, Quinta Luna condo complex in Puerto Aventuras.  From here it is a short 15 - 20 minute walk to the village center.  Golf carts are available for daily and weekly rental from the village center for those really wanting to spoil themselves.

Leave the stress of the real world in the parking lot and step inside this fabulous Quinta Luna beachfront condo.  You will immediately be taken by the bright, cheerful, Mexican decor and attention to detail that has gone into the design and finishing of this delightful 2 bedroom condo Casa Subo.  Vivid colors, blended with rich woods, wicker, natural stones and ceramic tiles create a warm and inviting ambiance.

To the right of the entrance is a large fully equipped kitchen with arched opening into the dining area.  Just beyond the dining table, the room opens up into the living room. The open design of these common areas ensures that a view of the ocean is always available and conversation can continue to flow even when in the kitchen.

Extending out from the living room is a wall of sliding glass doors leading out to a covered terrace with 2 dining tables inviting you to dine al fresco or enjoy a late afternoon cocktail as the sun drops over the horizon. 

From the terrace of this Quinta Luna condo it is just a few steps to the beach.  Who could ask for a more beautiful or convenient location.

The terrace stretches the length of the condo frontage to end in front of the Master suite allowing for that same fabulous view from the bedroom.

The Master suite has a King bed and attached en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom has a King bed and set of bunk beds.  A bathroom with shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door.

The Quinta Luna condo complex has a spectacular infinity edge pool, sandy beach areas, thatch umbrellas with chaise lounges and a protected lagoon that is ideal for swimming.  Other facilities include an air conditioned work out room, laundry facility and wireless internet in the lobby area.

** The maximum occupancy of the condo is 6 people (exception will be made for a baby).
*** The minimum rental is 3 nights except noted holidays which is 1 week   
**** For stays of MORE than 1 week.  Take the weekly rate and divide by 7 for additional nights
***** There is a refundable $300 Security/Damage deposit on this condo
****** Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation.   Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and will result in a forfeit of the security deposit and could be reason to ask you to vacate.

This place is amazing.  Like a slice of tropical heaven.  Darin thoroughly enjoyed snorkelling in the lagoon and seeing all of the wildlife it had to offer.  We went parasailing, which was a blast and enjoyed several meals at restaurants at the marina.  More than anything we enjoyed the relaxation on the beach.  What a great adventure this has been.  Lainie & Darin M.  July 2009
