Villa de Reyes is located in the highly sought after, Villas del Mar condo complex, in the gated residential and resort community of Puerto Aventuras.  This upscale development is unique to the Riviera Maya with a classy blend of American amenities, Mexican flair, and tropical ambiance.  The development is small and safe enough that you can let the kids run free, but large enough that you will find an impressive array of restaurants, bars, shops, activities and services.  The best part, is that they are all within a 10 minute or less walk from the condo. 

Villa de Reyes is 2 floors up from ground of the new 'E' building.  This is the last building in the Villas del Mar complex and is the only one to have an elevator.  The complex is gated, has private parking for those who choose to rent a car, private tennis court, impressive green spaces, an enormous oceanfront pool and an enviable place on the beach.  In other words... just about perfect for anyone's taste.

This modern condo with all of the amenities is spacious, with an open design, in a location that captures the ocean breeze, while providing captivating views from the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and large covered terrace with mosaic tiled jacuzzi style tub.

The stunning design of the condo highlights the views which will hit you the moment you open the door and step inside.  The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living areas are further enhanced by a wall of sliding glass doors that slip away into wall pockets and expand the room to include the large covered terrace, thereby breaking down the barrier between indoor and outdoor living.

Besides the great view of the pool and ocean just beyond, the covered terrace has a patio table and chairs for dining al-fresco, and an inviting corner bench lounge to cozy into with a good novel.  A mosaic tiled soaker tub with jets just off of the master suite, beg you to pour yourself a glass of wine and unwind from a busy day of doing nothing.

The living and dining areas of Villa del Reyes is open, casual and perfectly situated to appreciate the view.  An L shaped sofa offers a relaxing place to gather for conversation or take in a movie on the DVD/Cable TV system.     

The indoor dining table has seating for 8.  An open counter to the kitchen set up as a great bar or buffet table for casual dining.  There are custom built cabinetry and marble counter tops in the well equipped kitchen.   

A half bath is conveniently located at the entrance way.  A utility room with a clothes washer & dryer combination are provided for your added convenience. 

The spacious master bedroom has an oceanfront view, attached en-suite bathroom with his & her sinks and large marble shower.

A dressing area with abundant closet space is located between the bedroom and bathroom.

The guest bedroom is fitted with two Queen Beds.  The room is bright, quite spacious and has attached en-suite bathroom with shower.  The quality of finishing is the same with marble floors and counters plus hand made cabinetry in rich hardwoods.
