Located in the gated resort-residential community of Puerto Aventuras as part of the desirable Quinta Maya condo complex, this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2015 sq. ft. beachfront condo dedicated to casual beach living with all of the amenities,  boasts a most impressive 'Vista Azul' or 'Blue View' that will leave your jaw dropped in awe. 

Vista Azul in Puerto Aventuras is well positioned on the 3rd floor (with elevator access) of the 'A' building of the Quinta Maya complex.  With only 7 units in this building and not many more in the 'B' building that is located at the rear of the property, this is not one of those mega projects where you will be lost in the crowd.  Instead you will find Quinta Maya as a sophisticated and intimate environment which will leave you feeling relaxed and welcome by the friendly owners who you can't help but meet during your stay since very few of the units are available for rent.  In fact this unit is only rarely made available to the rental market.  

Trying to choose the highlight of this lovely Puerto Aventuras condo is difficult.  With a VIEW that is nothing less than spectacular, a most enviable LOCATION right on Puerto Aventuras' best beach and only steps from the charming village center, plus a luxuriously casual appointed condo that is spacious and packed with AMENITIES, you too will be at a loss to pick just one.

The covered oceanfront terrace of this Quinta Maya beauty is very large and inviting.  With chaise lounges, dining table and sitting areas for casual conversation and relaxation, you will find yourself having a difficult time dragging yourself away from your perch on paradise.

The interior space of Vista Azul is well designed to compliment the view while providing an easy flow of movement and conversation through the common areas of living room, dining room and kitchen. 

Cool fabrics, rich hardwoods, local marbles, hand made talvera tiles, and bright original art, tastefully blend to create a pleasing atmosphere that is conducive to the airy, tropical environment.

The spacious oceanfront master bedroom with attached en-suite bathroom, has a King bed, plus a most inviting walk out to that glorious terrace.

The guest bedroom is located at the rear of the condo and has a small private terrace that looks down on a swimming pool and gardens.  It has Twin beds which can be made up as a King.  A guest bathroom with shower sits conveniently just outside the entrance to the bedroom.

The Quinta Maya condo complex has 2 gorgeous pools.  One on the oceanfront side and one in a tranquil garden between the A and B buildings.  Pool and beach side chaise lounges are available for residents and  tennants.

This gorgeous Quinta Maya condo boasts a great position on the beach only a short stroll down from the Omni Hotel and the village center where you will find a number of restaurants, bars, shops and services.
